Chinese Consulate Pickup Service

  Service is available to pickup from any Chinese Consulate or Embassy in the US. For those who applied for Chinese visa, passport or document authentication at Chinese Consulate or Embassy, if you are not able to pickup yourself, we may help you to pickup your passport or document and send it to your address as soon as possible. In order for us to help you, please follow the steps below:  
     
Original pickup receipt from Chinese Consulate  
  Your original pickup receipt from Chinese Consulate. Please make a copy for your own record.  
     
Submit Service Request Form Online  
 
  • Please specify your return address by submitting the service request form online.
  • Please specify your email address so that confirmation and ship status can be sent to you via email during the process.
 
 

 

  
Payment Method  
 

Payment details: Pickup and handling fee of $99/per passport or document, plus return shipping fee of $36 by FedEx 2 days service. Optional signature fee of $6.35, plus Consulate fee which is usually indicated on your pickup receipt. Payment by credit card online. 3.6% credit card surcharge will apply.
