 Visa
fees and requirements include, but are not limited to: consular fees, shipping
fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance are
subject to change without notice.
Visa is
a permission to enter a different country. Visa is a privilege, not a
right. VisaRite is your service agent, VisaRite doesn't make decision
to grant or deny visa.
Application
may only be withdrawn before we submit your paperwork to the Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State for processing (please check
status online). Service fee is non-refundable after the processing has started. All fees are non-refundable
once application is submitted to the Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State.
Processing
times quoted by VisaRite are approximations based on our experience
with the Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State under normal circumstances, and are deemed
reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day after submission of the documents to the Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State.
The Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. VisaRite shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
The decision to grant a visa, the type of visa, the length of stay and number of entries lies entirely with the Consulate. The Consulate may grant you a visa less than what you desire. There no refund of any fees possible once the visa is issued.
Completed
visas and passports are normally sent by Federal Express, UPS or other
courier services and are subject to the conditions set by these companies
for shipment. VisaRite will not be liable under any circumstance to compensate you for any loss, damage or delay of travel documents or other failure or fault in performance by any third party delivery company such as FedEx , UPS, USPS and other delivery methods.
By submitting an order to VisaRite you agree that VisaRite will not under any circumstances be responsible for the loss, damage or delay in returning of passport and documents by the consulates or passport agency, nor be liable for the failure of the consulate/embassy or passport agency to issue requested documents on time or at all.
VisaRite
shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental
or consequential in excess of the VisaRite Service fees paid by customer
for visa processing.
VisaRite
shall not be held liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our
control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist
activities, military actions, acts of God or for any other acts of any
third party.
VisaRite
reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given.
VisaRite makes reasonable efforts to describe all services correctly that appear on the website. However, VisaRite does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. The Embassy, Consulate or the Department of State often change its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In any event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold VisaRite harmless.
By engaging VisaRite, you agree that the sole remedy against VisaRite for damages in connection with any and all claims, cause of action, liabilities and damages for any kind shall not, in any circumstance for any reason, exceed the lesser of the service fees. Consequential damages will not be covered. Refund requests and documentation of direct costs must be submitted to VisaRite within 90 days of occurrence.
