Chinese Consulate Pickup Service
For China visa, passport and document

 
     
     
     
  Service is available to pickup from any Chinese Consulate or Embassy in the US. For those who applied for Chinese visa, passport or document authentication at Chinese Consulate or Embassy, if you are not able to pickup yourself, we may help you to pickup your passport or document and send it to your address as soon as possible. In order for us to help you, please follow the steps below:  
     
Original pickup receipt from Chinese Consulate  
  Your original pickup receipt from Chinese Consulate. Please make a copy for your own record.  
     
Submit Service Request Form Online  
 
  • Please specify your return address by submitting the service request form online.
  • Please specify your email address so that confirmation and ship status can be sent to you via email during the process.
 
 

 

  
Payment Method  
 
  • Regular pickup and handling fee: $99 per passport or document
  • Return shipping fee (FedEx 2-day service): $36
  • Consulate fee: As indicated on your pickup receipt
  • If rush pickup and overnight shipping is needed, additional fees may apply
  • We accept payment by credit card online. Please note that a 3.6% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.
  
     
Mail the required original pickup receipt to VisaRite Service  
 
  • Please email a copy of the pick-up receipt, including the SR number, and any special requests to service@visarite.net.
  • We will then email you an invoice based on the pick-up receipt. Upon receipt of your payment, we will email you detailed shipping instructions.
