Your application must go to the Consulate that covers your state of residence — see the jurisdiction list if you're not sure. Please select the Consulate or Embassy for your application.
If your travel date is within three weeks, Express Service is required to ensure timely processing. If your travel date is within two weeks, an additional rush fee may be needed.
Family or group? One form covers everyone going to the same Consulate.
