Thailand Business Visa

VisaRite charges a service fee to help you expedite your Thailand visa application. You may apply in person at the Thailand Consulate and avoid paying a service fee by visiting the Thailand Consulate website.

We Need The Following From You:

1 Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page

US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas.

2 One visa application form per person

Please check: Non-Immigrant visa

3 Two recent passport-type photograph

4 A letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Thailand

Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. Fax or scan is accepted.

5 A business letter of responsibility on US company’s letterhead

On your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate of Thailand, Visa Section, New York, NY
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should detail intended dates of arrival and departure
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.6.

Processing time is up to 5 business days. If you need it quickly, we will try to expedite it for you. An expediting fee of $50 will apply.

Forms of Payment:

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
